Chestnut Tea Party
My girls have gone a bit overboard with collecting chestnuts this year. We have 3 large containers full!
They've been used for all sorts of play, from the pure sensory pleasure of holding them and feeling their smooth surfaces, to counting, to forming shapes and pictures with them, to fine motor practice spooning them from one container to another, to chestnut tea parties!
They invited ALL their 'friends' since there was plenty to go 'round!
